This policy explains what information Cut To Success, operated by Suriyabalaji, collects when you use cuttosuccess.com or our plugins, and how we use it.

1. Information we collect

• Account details: your name and email address when you sign up, download or buy.
• Purchase details: order ID, amount, date and payment status, as sent to us by Razorpay. We do not receive or store your card number, UPI ID or bank details.
• Licence data: to activate a licence, the plugin sends a device identifier (an anonymous code generated from your computer's hardware), the plugin version and your licence status. This is used only to enforce the device limit.
• Support messages: anything you send us by email or WhatsApp.

The plugin does not upload your videos, project files or the text you paste into it. All editing work stays on your computer.

Voice notes (Pro)

If you use the voice note feature, the audio file you choose is sent securely to our speech-to-text provider only to convert it into text. The audio and transcript are used for nothing else: we do not keep them after the transcript is returned to your plugin, and we do not use them to train any AI model. Please only upload voice notes you have the right to share, such as feedback a client sent you for the project.

2. How we use it

• To deliver your purchase and activate your licence.
• To send receipts, licence emails and important product updates.
• To answer support requests and prevent licence misuse.

We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

3. Who we share it with

• Razorpay, to process payments.
• Cloudflare, which hosts our website and licence server.
• Our speech-to-text provider, only for voice notes you choose to transcribe.
• Authorities, only if required by Indian law.

4. How long we keep it

We keep account and purchase records for as long as your licence is active and as required for tax and accounting purposes. You can ask us to delete your account at any time; we will keep only what the law requires.

5. Cookies

Our website uses only the cookies needed for it to work (for example, keeping you signed in). We do not use advertising cookies.

6. Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information by emailing [email protected].

7. Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
