These terms apply to cuttosuccess.com and to all software sold or distributed by Cut To Success ("we", "us"), operated by Suriyabalaji, Tamil Nadu, India. By downloading, buying or using our plugins you agree to these terms.

1. What we sell

We sell digital software: extensions (plugins) for Adobe Premiere Pro. No physical goods are sold or shipped. Some plugins have a free version and a paid Pro licence that unlocks extra features.

2. Your licence

• When you buy a Pro licence you get a personal, non-transferable licence to use the plugin.
• One licence may be activated on up to 2 computers that you personally use. You can move an activation to a new computer by contacting us.
• A lifetime licence means you can keep using the version you bought for as long as it works with your software, and includes free updates within the same major version (for example, all 1.x updates).
• You may use the plugin for personal and commercial editing work, including client projects.
• Voice note transcription (Pro) runs on an online speech-to-text service, needs an internet connection and is subject to a fair-use limit shown in the plugin, so that the service stays fast and affordable for everyone.

3. What you may not do

• Share, resell, rent or publish your licence key or the plugin files.
• Try to bypass, crack or disable the licence check.
• Copy, modify or reverse-engineer the plugin to make a competing product.

We may deactivate a licence that is shared or misused, without refund.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) on our website. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details. Prices may change in future, but this never affects a licence you have already bought.

5. Compatibility

Our plugins require a genuine, working copy of Adobe Premiere Pro (version stated on the product page) on Windows or macOS. Please try the free version first to check that it works on your system. Adobe may change Premiere Pro in ways we cannot control; we will make reasonable efforts to keep our plugins working.

6. Refunds

Refunds are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

7. No warranty and limitation of liability

The software is provided "as is". We work hard to make it reliable, but we do not guarantee it will be error-free. Always save your project and keep backups. To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the licence.

8. Trademarks

Adobe and Premiere Pro are trademarks of Adobe Inc. Cut To Success is an independent developer and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Adobe.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version is always on this page with its "last updated" date.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in [YOUR CITY], Tamil Nadu.
